CNA-QMA Training You Can Trust!
Hybrid (online) and in person lab QMA Training
Next Class: 9/26/23
It is a minimum requirement that we meet in person for the initial orientation and then one other day for med cart training. This is normally the last day of class. All other days are online.
In order to sign up for the QMA course the student must:
Be a current CNA and have worked at least 1,000 hours in the last 2 years.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Provide proof of HS diploma or equivalent.
Be in good standing on the ISDH aide registry.
In Indiana, it is required that a prospective QMA take a 100 hour course that consists of 60 hours of classroom training and teaching followed by 40 hours of hands on clinical experience. Once the course is completed, the student will take a written exam administered by IvyTech Community College.
