QMA REQUIREMENTS

• Work as a CNA for at least 1,000 hours in 24-month period.​

• Have a HS Diploma or GED

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Course work online M-W

• Assignments due Sat by 11:59 pm

• Two 4-hr in person meetings, week 2 and week 4 on Saturday.

• 40 hours of practicum training
