What is your refund policy?
We do NOT offer refunds. We do understand that in life the unexpected is bound to happen, for this reason we do allow students to withdrawal from class and sign up for the next available course under certain circumstances.
What is your policy on inappropriate conduct?
We have a zero tolerance policy. We do NOT allow abusive language towards staff or classmates. We do NOT allow smoking of any kind inside our facility. We do NOT allow any form of physical aggression in or around our facility. If either of these occur the student will be removed immediately. The student will not be allowed to re-register.
Do you have a drug policy?
Any student suspected of being under the influence will be asked to leave and will not be permitted to return. Having blood shot eyes, smelling like a drug/ alcohol substance are all reasons to be expelled from the course.
What happens if I fail?
1. Pertaining to the classic CNA track as well as the TNA bridge course, if you fail the class final you will be given two chances for remediation free of charge. If you fail a third time you will have to take a remediation course for a fee.2. Pertaining to the QMA program, if you fail the State test they will require you to take remediation. We offer remediation courses for a fee.
